I keep thinking about Spring Flowers, So I decided to make the ruffles of the sweaters look like Flower Petals. I think it is a cute new idea and it isn't like you can find any sweaters anywhere that are like mine.

I get people all the time asking me for my pattern but I feel like it took months designing my sweaters why should I hand it over to someone else so they can just copy my hard work. But then I feel guilty for not giving it to them.

I bought some rhinestones and some iron-on designs. I have been in deep thought trying to come up with a good idea for them on my sweaters. I am still thinking so make sure you check back later.

I know that winter is over, but this Winter Frost is so beautiful. This sweater is a winter white color with a Diamond Lace Frosting. It is so sparkley, and it sparkles different colors, that is what is so cool about it. It reminds me of freshly fallen snow that is still loose and clean and sparkles. Then I added the Glass wine pearls to it. I love it. I wouldn't mind having a sweater and a set of pearls like this.

Oh, the Pearls came with this piece of paper that says Pink Pearls are a sign of Passion. 

I am really excited about the NEW Angora Sweater with a Pearl Necklace. I have been trying to come up with new ideas, and I keep thinking about the preppy pink angora sweaters with the single strand of Pearls. I have always liked that look so I thought wouldn't that be a really cool look for our little ones. So after spending lots of time pricing the yarn so that it wouldn't cost some outrageous price then spending a ton of time trying to figure out how to put the pearl necklace on and have that little necklace dangle.

So, I have finally finished the sweater and if I do say so myself it is adorable. So I have bought a wine color and a white color angora and white glass pearls and a wine glass pearls. I am very excited about getting started on them. Right now I have the soft Pink ready.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS

I just wanted to say Hey to everyone, and let you know I am open for Business,YAY.

Last year I looked everywhere for a pattern to make my Maltese "Pixie" a sweater. All the sweaters I have bought her from stores look cute but I was constantly untangling her legs. Not only did I have to roll the bottom on the sleeves up because they were to long, but she would slip her legs right out of the sleeves.

 So after much searching my husband said why don't you just design a pattern yourself. I took a deep breath and got out all my baby clothes books and patterns and got started. At first the sweaters were very cute but not functional. So I made adjustments and remade the sweaters until I came up with the perfect pattern. It is cute and comfortable, plus the dog can have full movement without getting their legs caught up in the sleeves. So I made sweaters for all three of my little ones and they loved them. My maltese loves hers so much that if she is not wearing a sweater she will go get her one out of her sweater basket and lay on it. And she loves to help me make the sweaters, while I am crocheting she comes and pokes her head in any hole available.

So my husband was in the hospital and I found that it was easier to crochet than to read, (I would lose my place everytime a nurse came it). So after about 3 weeks my husband came home and said well you have made about 30 something sweaters, how can one dog ever where them all?

So after lots of thought and discussion I put some up on E-Bay. And to my surprise they sold. So I started making more and listing them and watching them sell. I have gotten lots of advice some good, some crazy. I found out that I love people loving something I make. If you notice my prices are very low that is because I am not trying to get rich quick or the rip people off. If I make a good deal then I pass it on to my customers. I actually got some Italian Silk yarn one time, it normally would have cost over 17 dollars just to make one puppy sweater, I got a great deal on it so I list it starting at 3.75. Even though I have gotten tons of request for more, which I can't do, I think about the person who got that sweater and it makes me smile.

So the short of it is I make puppy sweaters. I am always open to suggestions, so feel free.
